Handling time

Order preparation and shipment take 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please be aware that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time (New York) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

Orders will be sent directly to the address you provide at checkout.

You will be given a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Important Information

Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation problems, weather disruptions, carrier delays, or incorrect address details. If any issues arise, our team is available to assist and provide updates.

Shipping Fees and Zones

  • Shipping Fees: We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States. No extra charges apply for deliveries inside the U.S.
  • Shipping Zones: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

Modify or Cancel an Order

You may change or cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it by reaching out to us at contact@lunexil.com . Once your order has been dispatched, no modifications are possible.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

For each order, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email for your purchase.
  • An email containing your tracking number once your order ships.

You can monitor your order status anytime using the tracking number provided.
