When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please be aware that processing does not take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

After your order is processed, delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days to reach your address.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please reach out to us with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Why does my tracking number show no information?

Tracking details become available once the carrier receives the package. However, there might be a brief delay before the tracking information updates. We suggest checking again after a few hours.

How do I exchange or return my order?

To return an item:

  • Get in touch with our customer service at  contact@lunexil.com 
  • Provide your name, order number (found in your confirmation email), and the reason for your return.

We will then send you the return address and instructions to follow.

Are there any shipping fees?

Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and vary depending on the carrier you choose. Please consult your carrier’s website for detailed fee information.

How can I cancel or change an order?

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at contact@lunexil.com 

Note that after 24 hours, your order may have already shipped and cannot be changed.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

This sometimes happens. If you have not received your confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lunexil.com  with your full name and email address. We will assist you promptly.
